FLOWERDALE Landcare kicked off October with a bang. Following a great presentation to their annual general meeting by local Rain Sott-Recchia from Snob’s Creek Hatchery, they followed up with their Spring Clean Up Australia Day effort around the walking tracks in Flowerdale and then a wildflower walk. They have a new president in Fiona Melling, and a fresh calendar of events for the next 12 months. Anyone wishing for a copy of planned events can contact Steve Joblin on 0412 334 521 to be sent one.
