THE final club events on the Alexandra Bowling Club calendar finished up last weekend. The completion of these events concludes the 2023 to 2024 season.

The winners were: 100Up Champion was David Nicklos; the President’s Handicap Champion was Graeme Matthews; Mixed Triples were won by Janice Dunston (Lead), Bob Mayfield and Greg Gilmore (Skip); Mixed Pairs winners were Larry Scott (Skip) and Marie Evans; Women’s Triples saw Janice Dunston, Pauline Gilmore and Karen Jackson (Skip) win.

The 2024 to 2025 season has begun with the election of office bearers and the board at the AGM.

The president is Greg Gilmore, past president Ken Argent, vice president (TBA), secretary Anne Argent, treasurer Coby Petersen, greens director David Nicklos.

Directors are: Lauren Gilchrist, Terry Livy, Robert Mayfield, Christine Mayfield, Christine Murphy and Rodd Petersen.

Delegates are: Anne Argent and Ken Argent

Club fees are now due for both full playing members and social members.

The Goulburn Murray Region AGM was held on May 5.
