Marysville Saddle Tramps hosts a successful four day event

MARYSVILLE Saddle Tramps hosted a successful Australian Trail Horse Riders Association (ATHRA) Accreditation and Regional Camp Weekend from Thursday, May 15 to Sunday, May 18.

Gallipoli Park and the Marysville Saddle Tramps grounds were buzzing with horse floats, camp chairs, and a whole lot of horsepower as riders from across the country gathered for the ATHRA Accreditation, ATHRA Regional Camp, and the Dolly’s Dream fundraiser.

It was a huge few days, with accreditation courses, rides through some of the country’s most stunning forest and private properties in the area, hearty meals, music, laughter, and a whole lot of community spirit.

A massive thank you ATHRA team for choosing Marysville as the location for this annual event. It was a privilege to host the event right here at Gallipoli Park in the heart of Marysville.

Marysville Saddle Tramps Committee in conjunction with Melbourne Trail Horse Riders Committee worked along side one another to pull the event together.

The support, effort, and teamwork has made this weekend such a success, and it’s been a real pleasure working alongside everyone involved.

Friday afternoon kicked off with a special visit from the Bairnsdale Horse Centre Dolly’s Dream truck, which set up at Gallipoli Park and brought a powerful message with it #BEKIND in support to end bulling.
