Roos refuse to give up in tough home clash

THORNTON Eildon Roos hosted their first home game of the season in perfect sunny conditions last Saturday, taking on a strong and experienced Wandin side.

It was all hands-on deck early, with players, families and volunteers coming together to prepare the club.

With the sun shining and music pumping, there was a great sense of energy around the ground as the Thornton girls got ready for the match, many playing just their second game of football.
