Yea Tigers junior netballers grand final bound

CONGRATULATIONS to Yea Tigers under 11 and under 15 teams, who both won their preliminary finals last Sunday and will now advance to the Grand Final on Sunday, September 7 at Kings Park, Seymour.

The Under 11s defeated a very competitive Seymour Lions side, 25 to 18, while the Under 15s claimed a convincing 54 to 26 win over St Mary’s.

The Under 11 Development Squad will also take part in a Grand Final Day round robin with Broadford and Alexandra.

This will be a fantastic experience for our youngest Tigers, and we’re grateful to the Broadford Junior Football Netball Club for organising this event.

The round robin will begin at 8.30am, with a presentation to follow.

The Under 11s will face St Mary’s at 10am, and the Under 15s will take on….
